Once these arrangements are in place, please send your purchase back in the Original Un-Altered Condition in which it was sent. (We will not offer returns on any altered Opals). These Return Options are for Cut & Polished Opals and Jewellery only. We do not offer returns on Rough Opal.

We ensure your precious gems are very securely wrapped delivered to you safely. Australia Post is our main Postage Service Provider.
